We offer free shipping within The Netherlands on orders above €50, and worldwide on orders above €120. However, if a package is returned for a refund, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred from the total refund amount. We are not responsible for any customs duties, including VAT and import duties, on both orders and returned items. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with your order. We do not refund lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked shipping option.
