Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.likecharlieclothing.com, including prepaid orders, pre-orders and other purchase options.

Cancelling before processing

You can cancel an order through your customer account, as long as your order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy will apply.

Cancelling after shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you may make use of your right of withdrawal and our return policy. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to register your items for return. We believe it is important to give you enough time to make the right choice. That is why we offer a 30-day return period, which is more generous than legally required.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

You can register your return easily and free of charge through our return portal:

In the return portal, you can choose from 3 options:

  1. Refund
  2. Exchange item
  3. Store credit

After registering your return, you will receive a QR code. This can be scanned at a parcel point, allowing you to hand in your return quickly and easily.

For international returns, additional customs charges or import duties may arise in some cases. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchases that cannot be cancelled or returned

The following purchases cannot be cancelled or returned:

  • Items that have been custom-made or clearly personalised
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery
  • Digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded
  • King’s Day items can no longer be returned from 27 April onwards.

Refunds

If a return qualifies for a refund, it will always be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days after your return has been processed, please contact us via the contact form.

Pre-orders and delayed delivery

If an order concerns a pre-order or delayed delivery, the following applies:

  • You can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped
  • If the expected delivery date changes significantly, we will inform you
  • In that case, you have the right to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund
