Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

You can return the items through:

1) Download the return form, which you can do here
2) Enter your details
3) Put the top half in the original packaging
4) Tape the bottom half to your shipping bag/packaging

Always keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed. Once your return has been received, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible. When your return has been processed, we will let you know via a confirmation email.

Please note that we do not pay any costs for returning items. We strongly recommend sending returns by registered mail. If the return is not sent by registered mail, Like Charlie cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Refunds are always made to the account used for payment. If your return was received 14 days ago, but you have not yet received a refund, please contact us.

Exchange is not possible. If you want a different size or another item, you will have to place a new order.
