Terms and Conditions
Www.likecharlieclothing.com, hereinafter referred to as the “website”, is operated by Like Charlie, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89110692 and with VAT number NL004693345B73. Hereinafter referred to as “Like Charlie”, “we”, “us” and “our”.
Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to the use of our website, to all offers on our website, and to all agreements and purchases concluded with Like Charlie, both through the website and outside of it.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
Availability and delivery
We do our best to keep the items on our website as up to date as possible. However, it may happen that an item is temporarily unavailable or that an order cannot be delivered in full. In that case, we will contact you.
For all countries, orders are dispatched the next working day.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges or other levies that apply to international orders outside the Netherlands.
Where possible, we ship orders in one shipment. However, it may happen that an order is delivered in multiple partial shipments.

Colours and sizes
We do our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, colours shown on a screen may differ from the actual colours of the product. The images shown are therefore for illustrative purposes only.
Please always check the product information, size information and, where applicable, the size worn by the model before placing an order.
Order process and agreement
You may only place an order if you:
- are a consumer
- are 16 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
- provide us with the correct information necessary to fulfil the order
An order you place constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant items. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation from us that we have received your order. This confirmation does not yet mean that the agreement has been definitively concluded.
The agreement is concluded at the moment we confirm by email that your order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of incorrect information, payment issues, suspected fraud or unavailability of an item.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order for online purchases. Within this period, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. In addition, Like Charlie voluntarily applies a 30-day return period, giving you more time to make the right choice.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
In the case of a valid withdrawal within the statutory period, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the original order. Within the statutory right of withdrawal, the standard delivery costs of the original shipment must also be refunded, where applicable.
Exceptions to withdrawal and returns
The following items cannot be cancelled or returned:
- items that have been custom-made or clearly personalised
- items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery
- digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded
- King’s Day items can no longer be returned from 27 April onwards
Prices and payments
All prices on the website are displayed in the currency selected at that time or automatically shown and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs and other additional charges are clearly shown during checkout.
For orders outside the EU or in specific countries, additional charges may apply, such as import duties, local VAT or other levies. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw prices, offers and promotions at any time.
Payment takes place via the payment methods offered on the website during checkout. All payments are subject to approval and verification by the payment service provider. If a payment is not accepted, we may cancel the order.
Retention of title
All delivered items remain the property of Like Charlie until the full amount due for the order has been paid.
Warranty and complaints
We warrant that our products conform to the agreement and to the reasonable expectations you may have of them. Consumers are entitled to a product that meets reasonable standards of quality. If a product does not meet what you could reasonably expect from it, you may contact us. Within the EU, a legal protection framework of at least two years applies to defects that already existed at the time of delivery.
Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, insufficient maintenance, alterations or repairs by third parties, or damage caused by external influences such as fire, sharp objects, chemicals or extreme conditions.
Do you have a complaint about a product? Please report it as soon as possible after discovering the defect, so that we can look for an appropriate solution together.
Liability
Like Charlie is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from improper use of a product.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability of Like Charlie is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory rights of consumers.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, photos, videos, designs, illustrations, logos and other materials, is the property of Like Charlie or is used with permission.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, edit or commercially use any content from the website, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Like Charlie.
Comments and submissions
If you share comments, ideas, feedback or other submissions with us, we may use them for commercial or operational purposes, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.
You are responsible for the content of any messages or comments you share with us or post publicly. These may not be unlawful, offensive or misleading.
Changes
We may amend these general terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. The version applicable to the use of our website and to orders is always the version that applied at the time of the relevant purchase, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Applicable law
These general terms and conditions and all agreements with Like Charlie are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
