Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

This cancellation policy applies to all purchase options offered through our website www.likecharlieclothing.com, including prepaid orders, pre-orders and other additional purchase options.

Cancelling before shipping

You may cancel an order or purchase option free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at management@likecharlieclothing.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy applies.

Cancelling after shipping

If your order has already been shipped, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the items to us unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Please note:
- The shipping costs of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund (see our return policy).
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties.
- We do not reimburse lost return parcels, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Purchase options that cannot be cancelled

The following purchase options cannot be cancelled:
- Items that are made to order or clearly personalised.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds

If a cancelled purchase option is eligible for a refund, it will always be issued to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us.

Pre-orders and delayed delivery

If a purchase option concerns a pre-order or delayed delivery:
- You may cancel the purchase option as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the estimated delivery date changes significantly, we will notify you. You then have the right to cancel the pre-order for a full refund.
