Shipping is free in the Netherlands from € 35, in Belgium from € 75, in the rest of Europe and the United Kingdom from € 120, and in the rest of the world from € 300.

Below those amounts a fixed rate applies: € 6.45 in the Netherlands and € 7.65 in Belgium. For other countries you see the amount as soon as you choose your country at checkout.

Outside the EU, import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees from your own country may be added. You pay those to the carrier and they are separate from what you pay us.

First check your tracking to see whether the parcel was delivered somewhere, for example with a neighbour or at a pick-up point. If something is not right, email management@likecharlieclothing.com with your order number. Then we will sort it out together.

You have 30 days to return an item and it is free. The item must be unused and unwashed, in its original packaging.

Our T-shirts are 335 GSM organic combed cotton, pre-washed. Hoodies are 450 GSM. Pre-washed means the fabric has already shrunk, so your shirt keeps its shape after washing.

The exact composition is on every product page and on the care label.

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Combed means the short fibres have been combed out, which makes the fabric smoother and stronger. You can feel that in the shirt.

We give a one year quality guarantee on seams, fabric and finish under normal use. If something breaks in that year that should not break, email us with a photo.

We photograph everything ourselves and correct the colour so it matches the real item. Even so, your screen can show a colour slightly differently. If it disappoints, you can return it free of charge within 30 days.

Wash inside out at 30 degrees and do not iron the print. You can read more in our washing and care guide.
