Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to all purchases made through likecharlieclothing.com, including prepaid orders and pre-orders.

Cancelling before we ship

As long as your order has not been processed, you can cancel it yourself in your account at likecharlieclothing.com/account. If that does not work, email management@likecharlieclothing.com with your order number as soon as you can. We ship within 1 working day, so be quick.

Already shipped

If your order is already on its way, you can use your right of withdrawal. You have 30 days after receiving it to register a return. Our refund policy explains how that works.

Pre-orders and delayed delivery

You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not shipped. If the expected delivery date changes significantly, we will let you know. You then have the right to cancel and receive the full amount back.

Refunds

We always refund through the same payment method you paid with. Once we have processed your cancellation or return, you get a confirmation by email.
