Shipping policy

At Like Charlie we ship to as many countries as possible. We send your order within 1 working day.

Shipping is free in the Netherlands from € 35, in Belgium from € 75, in the rest of Europe and the United Kingdom from € 120, and in the rest of the world from € 300.

Below those amounts a fixed rate applies. In the Netherlands that is € 6.45 and in Belgium € 7.65. For other countries you see the amount as soon as you choose your country at checkout.

Every order comes with Track & Trace. You receive an email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees from the destination country may be added. These costs are for the recipient and are separate from the amount you pay us. The same can happen with an international return, and those costs are for the customer.

If a parcel is refused or not collected, we deduct the shipping and return costs we incurred, and any charges, from the refund.

Would you like to change the delivery address after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible at management@likecharlieclothing.com or through the contact form on our website. We will check whether the address can still be changed.
